Role Summary
As a Sales Executive at Scrim Cloths, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with schools, dealers and uniform retailers. Your focus will be on promoting our range of school uniforms, sportswear and accessories, generating new business and supporting existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new schools, dealers and retail partners in assigned areas
- Present our product range (uniforms, sportswear, socks, belts, ties, badges) to potential clients
- Handle enquiries, share quotations and follow up to close orders
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with the production team for order status, delivery timelines and customer requirements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare basic sales reports and updates for management
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (textiles, garments, uniforms, FMCG or related preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with school management and dealers
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required
- Basic computer knowledge (email, WhatsApp, Excel)
- Qualification: Any degree / diploma

Role Summary
The Production Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of our uniform manufacturing unit. You will help with material handling, order coordination, quality checks, and smooth workflow between stitching, printing, and packing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with fabric cutting, sorting, and allocation
- Coordinate with stitching, printing, and finishing teams
- Check uniform pieces for defects, size accuracy & stitching quality
- Maintain production logs and update order status
- Help with packing and labeling school uniforms and accessories
- Ensure timely movement of goods through each production stage
- Support supervisors in managing daily tasks and deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in garment production or textile industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, stitching, or uniform components
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Energetic, reliable, and willing to assist multiple departments
- Qualification: SSLC / HSC / Any diploma
